Inspired by Gnawa culture and the musical energy of Essaouira.

The Maâlem—the master who leads and carries the rhythm—sits at the heart of the story. Drums, moving hands, spirals and wave-like forms flow across the garment like sound travelling through the medina and toward the Atlantic.

The bleach pattern is intentionally imperfect. It moves like a live Gnawa performance: layered, repetitive and never exactly the same twice.
