By placing an order through AGAYO, you agree to these terms.

AGAYO garments are individually hand-finished. Natural differences in bleach tone, edges, placement and finish are intentional characteristics of the process and are not considered defects.

Each product page provides the garment’s specific measurements. Customers should compare these measurements with a T-shirt they already own before ordering.

Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams. The final order total, including any delivery charge or discount, is shown at checkout before the order is submitted.

Moroccan orders are paid using cash on delivery. AGAYO may contact the customer to confirm an order before shipping. Orders containing incorrect or incomplete contact information may be cancelled.

Delivery within Morocco usually takes one to two business days after confirmation. Remote areas may require additional time. International customers should contact @agayo.ma on Instagram for availability, delivery costs and estimated times.

Returns and refunds are handled according to the AGAYO Returns and Refund Policy.

All AGAYO artwork, photographs, logos, garment names and website content remain the intellectual property of AGAYO and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

These terms are governed by applicable Moroccan law.
