Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may request a return within seven days of receiving your order. Please contact AGAYO before returning any garment.

To qualify for a return, the garment must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with its original labels and packaging. Please compare the garment’s measurements with a T-shirt you already own before ordering, as every AGAYO garment has its own measurements.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs.

Because AGAYO garments are individually numbered and availability is limited, direct exchanges cannot be guaranteed. When an eligible replacement is unavailable, an approved refund will be issued.

Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer after the returned garment has been received and inspected. For a change-of-mind or sizing return, the customer is responsible for return delivery. If AGAYO sent an incorrect or damaged item, AGAYO will cover the return delivery.

To cancel an order before shipping, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, the normal return procedure applies.
